1. Who We Are

Faceless.show ("we", "our", "us") is an automated AI content creation platform. By accessing or using Faceless.show — whether by creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or simply browsing — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. What Faceless.show Does

Faceless.show is a fully automated content creation platform. Once you set up your workflow, our system autonomously handles topic selection, script generation, voiceover, visual rendering, and direct upload to your connected social channels. The process is AI-driven. Scripts, intermediate files, and generated assets are processed internally and delivered as finished video output.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Faceless.show for legitimate personal and commercial content creation. You may not use the platform to produce or distribute: spam or bulk unsolicited content; hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or violence; content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; misinformation or deceptive content; or content that violates the policies of any publishing platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). You are solely responsible for ensuring your published content complies with all applicable laws and platform rules.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service. By using Faceless.show you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. AI-Generated Content — No Warranties

All content produced by Faceless.show is generated entirely by artificial intelligence. We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, originality, factual correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output. Content should never be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of expert advice. By using this platform you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

6. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of content published through your account. You bear full responsibility for everything published to your connected channels. By using the platform you grant us the rights necessary to process, render, and upload content on your behalf as part of the automated workflow. We accept no liability for any content published through your account, regardless of how it was generated.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your access continues until then.

Refunds: If you are a new subscriber and the platform fails to function as described due to a verified technical issue on our end, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting hello@faceless.show. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with AI output quality, unused time within a billing period, or requests made after the 7-day window.

Billing disputes: If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at hello@faceless.show before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

8. No Guarantees on Results

We make no guarantee that content produced will perform well, go viral, gain views, generate revenue, or meet your expectations. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from downtime, maintenance, bugs, or failures of third-party services (including AI providers, cloud infrastructure, or social media platforms).

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or platform abuse. Where legally required, we will provide reasonable notice before taking such action. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Faceless.show and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, regardless of the cause or theory of liability. Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faceless.show and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your published content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process described below.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@faceless.show and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
