Refund Policy

1. Overview
Faceless.show offers subscription-based access to an automated AI video creation platform. Because our service delivers immediate access to digital infrastructure and AI-generated outputs upon subscription, refunds are strictly limited as described below. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are a first-time subscriber on your account (not a renewal or plan change).
- You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
- The platform failed to function as described due to a verified technical failure on our end — meaning a confirmed bug or outage that prevented core functionality from operating.
- You have contacted our support team at ops@faceless.show and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
Refund requests that meet these criteria are reviewed individually and approved at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in any of the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with the quality, style, tone, or performance of AI-generated content.
- Failure to use the service during a subscription period.
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment.
- Renewal charges on any subscription cycle.
- Plan upgrades, downgrades, or mid-cycle changes.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Issues caused by third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Google, ElevenLabs, or any AI provider) outside our reasonable control.
- Change of mind, lack of expected results, or YouTube/TikTok account restrictions on your end.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused portion of your billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email ops@faceless.show with the subject line Refund Request. Include the following in your message:
- The email address on your Faceless.show account.
- The date of your initial payment.
- A description of the technical issue you experienced, including any error messages or screenshots.
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days of receipt.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time after approval is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at ops@faceless.show before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
