Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Faceless.show ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Muhammad Ahmad Fraz as a sole proprietorship and is an automated AI content creation platform. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@faceless.show.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: (a) information you provide — name, email address, and billing details; (b) usage data — feature interactions, pages visited, and IP address for security purposes; (c) OAuth tokens from YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms you connect. We do not collect camera or microphone data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers under any circumstances.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to: operate and maintain the service; process payments; send transactional and account-related emails; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and improve platform features. We use your data only in ways that are necessary to provide the service you signed up for.

4. OAuth Tokens & Channel Access

When you connect a social channel, OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf as part of the automated workflow. You can revoke channel access at any time from your account settings or directly from your connected platform's security settings. We are not responsible for any content published via your connected channels through your account.

5. YouTube API Services

Faceless.show uses YouTube API Services to connect your YouTube channel, read channel information, and upload videos you approve through our platform. By connecting your Google/YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy.

OAuth scopes requested:

• youtube.upload — to upload videos and set metadata (title, description, tags, privacy) that you provide in Faceless.show.
• youtube.readonly — to read your channel name, channel thumbnail, subscriber count, video count, and total view count. This data is displayed in your Faceless.show dashboard to confirm the connection is working and to fulfil Google's requirement that apps visibly display data obtained via the YouTube API.

Data we access via YouTube API Services (only after you connect a channel): your Google account identifier, YouTube channel ID, channel name, channel thumbnail, subscriber count, video count, total view count, and your 6 most recently published video titles and thumbnails. We do not read your private messages, comments, financial data, full analytics, watch history, or any data unrelated to channel identity and upload functionality.

How we use it: solely to authenticate your connection, display your channel information in your dashboard, and publish videos you explicitly create or approve in Faceless.show. We do not sell, rent, or use YouTube API data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to this service.

Google API Services Limited Use: Faceless.show's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access: disconnect YouTube from your Faceless.show channel settings, or remove Faceless.show from your Google Account permissions. Stored YouTube OAuth tokens are deleted within 30 days of disconnection or revocation.

6. TikTok API Services

Faceless.show uses the TikTok API to connect your TikTok account and publish videos you approve. By connecting TikTok, you also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.

Data we access via TikTok (only after you connect): account identifier, display name, profile image where provided by the API, and permissions needed to upload videos and captions you supply in Faceless.show. We do not access unrelated TikTok data.

TikTok data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for profiling. Tokens are retained only while your TikTok channel remains connected. Revoke access from Faceless.show channel settings or TikTok under Settings > Security > Manage app permissions (wording may vary by app version). Stored tokens are deleted within 30 days of revocation.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We may use anonymous analytics to understand how features are used. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, your personal data is retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Generated video files and assets are purged periodically. Billing transaction records are retained as required for financial and legal recordkeeping obligations.

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including payment processors, AI generation APIs, voice synthesis services, and cloud infrastructure. These providers have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices. By using Faceless.show you acknowledge that your data may pass through these services as part of normal platform operation.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and in transit. No system is completely secure. We do not warrant that your data will be protected against all possible breaches. We shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party breaches or infrastructure failures outside our reasonable control.

11. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@faceless.show with the subject line Data deletion request and the email address on your account. You can also delete data yourself by: (1) disconnecting YouTube/TikTok in Faceless.show channel settings; (2) closing your account from account settings where available; or (3) revoking our app in Google/TikTok permissions as described above.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.

12. Children's Privacy

Faceless.show is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
